When you send an enquiry, fill in our contact or booking form, or message us on WhatsApp or by email, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, country, hotel or pickup location, travel dates, number of travellers, and any other details you choose to share (for example dietary needs).

When you browse the Website, our servers and third-party services may record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies (see section 5).
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we never ask for your card details by email or WhatsApp.
3. How we use your information
- To answer your questions and send you quotes.
- To confirm, organise and deliver the tours and transfers you book (for example, sharing your name and pickup point with your driver or guide).

8. How long we keep your information
We keep booking and enquiry information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements, normally no longer than 3 years after your trip. Technical logs are kept for a shorter period.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to receive a copy of your data. To make a request, email contact@enjoyagadirtrip.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority; in Morocco this is the CNDP.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
11. Children
The Website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Bookings for children must be made by a parent or guardian.
