These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of enjoyagadirtrip.com (the “Website”) and to all tours, excursions and transfers booked with Enjoy Agadir Trip (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We organise day trips, excursions, activities and private transfers in and around Agadir, Morocco. Some services are carried out by trusted local partners, such as drivers, guides, activity centres and spas.
2. Bookings
- You can book through the Website, by email, or on WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only once we send you a confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
- Please give accurate details (names, number of travellers, pickup point, phone number). We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect information.
- The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and accepts these terms for everyone in the group.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown per person unless stated otherwise and include only the items listed under “The Cost Includes” for each trip.
- Payment is made on the day of the tour, in cash or by card, unless we agree otherwise when you book.
- We may change prices on the Website at any time, but the price confirmed at booking will not change.
4. Cancellations by you
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the tour or transfer, with a full refund of anything already paid.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start, and no-shows, are not refunded.
- To cancel, contact us by email or WhatsApp. Changes to the date or time are free if made at least 24 hours in advance and subject to availability.
5. Changes and cancellations by us
We may change or cancel a tour because of bad weather, road conditions, safety concerns, too few participants, or other events outside our control. In that case we will offer you another date, a similar tour, or a full refund of anything you have paid.
6. Pickup and timing
Pickup times are approximate and may vary with traffic. Please be ready at your pickup point at the confirmed time. If you are not there within 15 minutes of the pickup time and we cannot reach you, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
7. Your responsibilities
- Follow the instructions of your driver, guide or activity staff, especially during quad, buggy, camel and boat activities.
- Tell us when booking about any health conditions, pregnancy, or mobility needs that could affect your participation.
- Respect local customs, other travellers and the environment.
- Bring your passport or ID if needed, and make sure you have suitable travel insurance.
8. Liability
We take care in choosing our partners and organising our services. Some activities carry natural risks, and you take part at your own risk. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for loss, injury, damage or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, by your own actions, or by third parties, and our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the service concerned.
9. Use of the Website
- All text, photos, logos and other content on the Website belong to Enjoy Agadir Trip or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
- You agree not to misuse the Website, for example by trying to hack it, send spam, or upload harmful content.
- We try to keep information on the Website accurate and up to date, but it may contain mistakes. Please see our Disclaimer.
10. Privacy
How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Agadir, unless the law of your country gives you other rights as a consumer.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
