How do I book a tour or transfer?
Choose your trip on our website and send a booking request, or message us on WhatsApp or by email with your date, number of people and hotel. We will confirm your booking and pickup time by email or WhatsApp.
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes. Our tours include return transport from hotels in Agadir. Pickup from Taghazout and nearby areas is also possible for an extra fee. Just ask when you book.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is made on the day of the tour, in cash or by card, unless we agree otherwise when you book. Prices are per person unless stated otherwise.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the start of your tour or transfer, and you can change the date for free with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. See our Terms and Conditions for details.
Are the tours suitable for children?
Most of our tours are family-friendly. Some activities, such as quad biking and buggy safaris, have minimum age or size requirements for safety. Tell us the ages of the children when you book.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes and shoes, sunglasses, sun cream, a hat and some water. For desert and mountain trips, bring a light jacket, as mornings and evenings can be cool. Bring some cash for drinks, souvenirs and tips.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes. We provide private transfers between Agadir Al Massira Airport (AGA) and Agadir, Taghazout, Marrakech and other destinations. Send us your flight number and we will meet you on arrival.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If a tour cannot run safely because of weather or road conditions, we will offer you another date, a different tour, or a full refund.
